Where It Goes

The shell is fiberglass and acrylic, which most recycling in Ohio will not take, so it is disposed of properly. The frame, pumps, heater and any metal are separated out for scrap.

Hot Tub Removal

How much does hot tub removal cost?
It depends on the size of the tub and how hard it is to reach. A spa on an open pad beside the driveway is a very different job from one behind a locked gate on a raised deck. Call or text (937) 768-9684 with the size and where it sits and we will price it before we come out.
Do I need to drain it first?
Yes, drain it before we arrive if you can. A full tub holds hundreds of gallons and will not move with water in it. If draining is the problem, tell us when you call and we will talk it through.
Does the power need to be disconnected?
The tub should be disconnected from its power supply before we get there. That is an electrician's job rather than ours, and it is the one thing we ask you to arrange in advance.
Will you damage my deck or fence?
That is the reason we cut the shell down instead of trying to walk it out whole. Tell us the gate width, any steps and whether the yard slopes, and we will plan the route before anyone touches it.
Do you take swim spas?
Yes. A swim spa is longer and heavier than a standard tub, so it always comes apart on site. Let us know it is a swim spa when you call so we send the right size crew.
Can my hot tub be donated instead?
Almost never, and we would rather say so up front. A spa that has sat empty outdoors for a few seasons has seals, pumps and a heater that nobody will warrant. If yours is genuinely still running we will tell you.
