How much does a basement cleanout cost?
It depends on volume and how hard the stairs are. A walkout basement with a door to the driveway is a very different job from a narrow interior staircase with a turn. Call or text (937) 768-9684 and describe it.
Do I have to carry anything up?
No. That is the entire point of calling us. Show us what is going and stay upstairs.
What if the basement has damp or mould?
Tell us when you call so we come prepared. We would rather know in advance than send a crew who are not set up for it.
Can you get large items up a narrow staircase?
Usually yes, and where something genuinely will not fit we will say so rather than force it and damage your stairwell. Older furniture often has to come apart, which is fine.
Do you clear crawl spaces too?
Often, depending on the height and the access. Describe it when you call and we will tell you honestly whether it is a job we can do.
How long does it take?
Most basements are a few hours to a full day. The stairs matter more than the square footage, so mention them when you call.
