How much does an attic cleanout cost?
It is based on how much is up there and how you get to it. A floored attic with a fixed staircase is easier than a hatch and a folding ladder. Call or text (937) 768-9684 and describe the access.
Do I need to bring things down first?
No. Getting it down is the part people call us for. Leave it where it is.
Is your crew safe on a pull down ladder?
We do this regularly and we assess the ladder and the hatch before anyone goes up. If the access is not safe we will tell you rather than risk it.
What if the attic is not floored?
Very common, and it changes how we work rather than whether we can. Mention it when you call so we plan for it.
Can you get large furniture back through the hatch?
If it went up it can usually come down, sometimes in pieces. Where something genuinely will not fit back through we will explain the options before doing anything.
Do you clear the garage and basement at the same time?
Yes, and it is usually cheaper to do them together than to book separate visits. Mention everything when you call.
